Stroud Community Lodge was founded on donations. If it wasn’t for the generous donation of the land initially, the Lodge would not have been realised. Followed up by the donation of many hours of volunteer time, the Lodge was formed and became home to local residents that were unable to care for themselves at home.
Although the Lodge does not rely on donations, we are a community owned and run, not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and any monetary donations are always welcomed and appreciated. It is guaranteed that 100 per cent of every dollar goes towards the betterment of life for all residents at the Lodge and is not spent on running costs.
