Self care units
Stroud Community Lodge has three single storey, two-bedroom, self contained units to accommodate residents that are looking to downsize from the family home to a home where all maintenance is taken care of but they still live totally independent.
Each unit has a front verandah overlooking the lovely rose garden, a carport and personal rear courtyard. A full kitchen, full bathroom (including bathtub and separate shower) and laundry cupboard make these units very comfortable and fully independent. 24hr video surveillance of all external areas keeps the facility secure and gives residents peace of mind.
Residents of the units are always welcome to attend daily activities within the Lodge and are welcome on all outings and included in monthly BBQs if they wish.
Extra services of cleaning and laundry can be negotiated on individual bases.
